Re: Release Candidate (RC) Version - Download and Feedback

Hi. I have been getting a crash in X-plane 11 when enabling the AI traffic for a long time that I gave up on long ago. I tried this RC version to see if it was ever fixed. I started getting the crash in 0.59 but If I remember right when I went back to 0.58 it still kept crashing. I did find XPFW ai...

Re: 124th ATC and Active Sky

I assume that 124th ATC uses XP's weather data to control approaches, therefor if ASXP correctly controls said weather data, everything should continue working as usual.

Re: Release Candidate (RC) Version - Download and Feedback

Flying EDHP - EDAY (VFR) with RC36 on XP11.35b1 (Arch Linux), I got a complete program freeze after the terrain probe. I requested clearance while already airborne around 16 nm NNW of SWG.

I was flying the FF 757-200F for these 2 flights. I usually am just in the default 737-800 when testing this software.
So the crash can not be traced back to a particular aircraft. Good, but not that good.

Yeah was a stutter , when you know xp is probably going to crash. Every once in a while it just loads it and continues, but its that moment we all get when its got a chance of crashing.
Yep, exactly that.

What plane were you flying? Zibo's 737?

Re: Release Candidate (RC) Version - Download and Feedback

I "heard" or "felt" the crash coming before it happened, so it could have been the probe during a loading event that caused it. Was it a short freeze or stutter? And, a short time laterthen the error reporting window popped up? If so, I've experienced it as well on my last real flight with 124th AT...

Re: Release Candidate (RC) Version - Download and Feedback

The plugin have been always took in consideration the airport altitude. The bug has been probably introduced with the new ground elevation feature. But I wasn't able to replicate the issue. If you're facing the issue, do you mind to share the bugreport please? My time is spent 99% with LUA scriptin...

Re: Release Candidate (RC) Version - Download and Feedback

Regarding the terrain avoidance and altitude issue: Does the plugin consider the airport altitude?

And do the terrain probes account for erroneous returns (XPLMProbeResult = 1) and is every probe deallocated after it is done (XPLMDestroyProbe)?

Re: Since X-Plane 11.33 only Tower Frequency avail.

It's due to a change in X-Plane 11.33.

Re: Releas Candidate (RC) Version - Download and Feedback

Once a60 is released, are you going to implement new features?

By the way: There's a typo in the thread title ("Releas").

Alas RC33 did crash on my second flight using it.
Try to submit a complete bug report (see the Resources/plugins/124thATC64/64/bugReport/). It's more helpful to Antonello than just posting the Log.txt.

Re: RCs public previews

Just had a program crash with rc31, flying EDDT - EFHK, shortly before HK891 (at 60° 16' 24.62" N 25° 5' 18.64" E) on the DIVA2A STAR for runway 22L. Before, 124th wanted to guide me away from the STAR, but I ignored the heading calls. AIRAC1902 for everything (X-Plane 11.33, 124th, Little Navmap). ...

Patience. Antonello does have a life outside 124th & X-Plane.
