I'm sorry for a stupid question.
Does the current version 124thATCv2.0-a60RC36 allow you to choose STAR's when submitting a flight plan?
Z SID's its OK, I have a choice.

Hi Bulva,
when filed the fp you'll be asked to pickup a SID, if the relative option is enabled. The STAR will be detected later, during the flight, in this phase you'll get the START pickup dialog, generally before the approaching phase.
