ILC LOC?

I watched the video demo of the gentleman flying in Switzerland and noted that he was given vectors for an ILS approach. In the several flights I've done using 124thATC, however, that has never been offered, which makes things difficult for me when flying heavies. Does the weather have to be bad for it to be offered? If so, I'd suggest making the request for ILS approach available in general.

Forgot to mention, and apparently we can't edit our posts once submitted, I'm using XP 10.51r2.

same here; it seems 124thATCv2 vectors me to visual approach, even if the runway has an ILS

de mon côté, et même sans vent, j'ai remarqué que l'ATC donne une piste d'atterrissage contraire à l'ILS.. exemple, la 32 au lieu de la 14 qui contient l'ILS...
ça c'est assez nouveau.

on my side, and even without wind, I noticed that ATC gives a landing strip contrary to the ILS .. example, the 32 instead of the 14 which contains the ILS ...
this is quite new.

Same thing for the KSJC San José airport in California, it gives the 12L while the 12R has an ILS.
How to understand that?
