missing center handover

I flew from EDDT to LOWW (GERGA M725 HDO M748 ABRAX T135 MIKOV). After takeoff I had to contact "Bremen Radar" so far so good but as I get further to the south I would have to contact "Munchen Radar", "Prague Center" and maybe "Vienna Center" in real world. 124thatc did't handover me to one of this stations. I was conected to "Bremen Radar" the hole time until approach.
