Cannot Find Custom Nav Data

Definitely something incorrect in your navdata installation, did you followed the user installation guide?

first of all you're using a 20 build old version, download the stable release here.
You're navdata installation is not correct, since the version 60 the navdata requires a different installation method, have a look to the first post of this thread.
