I'm sure the problem has already been discussed in the forum, but I can't find the answer.
The problem concerns the frequency of the APP in Innsbruck (LOWI ORBX), but it also appears elsewhere.
Why does 124thATC require switching to the frequency of APP 119.270 ???
I can't set it to GNS430 (you can only set 119.275)
The XP map shows the frequency for APP 119.275 ???

Where does this problem come from? It seems to me that I did not have it before (and I have been using the 124thATc program for a long time) ....

Same problem for KBOS west tower. Says contact on frequency 132.220 but it is 132.225. The 7237 zibo cant dial 132.220. So cant contact tower for landing clearance etc. Any way to manually fix it??

Yes.
Unfortunately, many older airports report frequencies based on 25kHz, not 8.33kHz.
There is a simple way.
1) you must open the apt.dat file at your airport.
(e.g. X-Plane / Custom Scenery / KBOS / Earth nav data / apt.dat)
2) find lines that contain "TWR" or "APP" "ATIS" or "GND" etc
3) it will probably be:
50 13222 KBOS TWR or 50 13222 Boston TWR (I don't have this airport so I don't know)
4) you must change this entry to:
1050 132225 KBOS TWR
5) similarly for other frequencies: APP, ATIS, GND, DEL
6) save the apt file and restart XP.

Thanks for that. Found the TWR freq and changed it as instructed. I'll try it out. Will keep in mind if I find any others that dont match up.
