4 letters waypoint problem and deviated by ATC

Post by tetayk » Thu Jul 16, 2020 10:29 am

I just flew from WMKK (KUL) to WSSS (SIN) in Zibo 737. During the descent on the LELI3B STAR, passing LELIB to ALFA, an ATC radar vector me to heading 269 for an unknown reason. I discovered it later (by toggle flight information window) that they directed me to another point 5000NM far away from my position, so then I had to request the next waypoint, BIDUS, which basically solved the problem.

I checked the log file and found out that it can't find the waypoint because the it has 4 letters.

My X-Plane version is 11.41 and I use AIRAC Cycle 2005 for the nav data.
Any idea on this case and how can I fix it?

ps. I can't attach the log file to this thread. it says "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."

Hi tetayk,
I'll test and verify it, but I believe is a common bug that should be ideally fixed in the next version!
