Text disapears in flightplan and option boxes

Hello guys,

Got a weird one. Everytime I install the plugin i can fill out a flightplan. When I shutdown the pc, the next day I no longer see the inputs in the flightplan. The last flightplan is still there because I do have a cursor that I can move through the boxes indicating that something is there. I can also input new things but I do not see any text. So far my only solution is to delete the plugin and install fresh.

Any idea what is going on and more importantly how to solve it. I am flying in VR (Index so SteamVR).
