Waypoint +0 +0

I can't reproduce the issue on my computer.
I'm using X-Plane 11.50r3 and AIRAC 2013, I don't get any +0 +0 waypoint...

Do I have to buy Navdata Updates to get rid of this problem? If so, which product do you recommend?
