Not sure how far back this goes, but I'm not seeing the A/C weight at startup when bringing up the flight info data, I've just auto-upgraded to 46, it's showing 0Kg

Thanks Shane,
bug identified and fixed, pushing in the next hours. Quite important bug, as the weight is used also in other functions, as for example the one adding the "Heavy" signature for heavy flights, and others. Now that I'm thinking about that, I actually didn't listened "heavy" since months, must be a quite old bug :D

Thanks a lot for reporting.

Hi, as I told in a previous post, I have on the same PC, other disk, same 4.18 kernel, my "old" XP11 Demo installation which I keep up to date as well, so now it is XP11.35, and I use it for testing purposes. Well, Demo never had the problems with RC updater that I had with my "Full" XP11.35 when upgrading to RC47. By comparing them, I noticed that at least two plugins - SkunkCraft Updater (for freeware Robin DR401) and AviTab (for freeware vFlyteair Navion 205) aren't installed in the Demo. So, perhaps there's some conflict. I then have this morning added the two additional plugins also to Demo XP11.35 and minutes ago with this latest RC48 upgrade, also Demo gives now crashes like those I mentioned with Full XP11.35. This time I have the debug file for you.

Thanks, also the seeing weight in Kg saves me having to convert X-Planes pounds for V speeds, going to auto-update now :D

Hi, I have updated to RC49 both Demo and Full XP11.35. This time I entered Plugin Admin and unchecked Avitab and Skunkcrafts Updater before updating 124thATC, and had no problem. So, this looks like a further clue about what I supposed on my previous post dated Fri Aug 16, 2019 6:20 pm, i.e. the two plugins were related with my update problems. UPDATE: also updating to RC50 ok using same procedure as for RC49

The "heavy" suffix isn't really weight dependent. A 767 does not use "heavy", but the lighter 757 uses it because its wing generates much stronger vortices.

Best practice would be a check box in the flight generation menu and letting users decide.

P.S: The A380 uses "super". Is that accounted for?

flying with 124th a60RC49, I just flew from GMME to GMAD in Morocco, did a full IFR flight but 124th didn't create the necessary approach path points as per usual, so I had to manually sort out a approach route.

I did check and the box for "Do not create approximation fixes" wasn't ticked

Hi Antonello

The auto update is a nice feature. Would it be feasible to show the change logs of all the intermediate releases if one jumps a couple of versions? E.g. currently I cannot keep upgrading the plugin at the same pace as you release the RCs :) When doing the upgrade I can only the see the changelog of the latest release.

Cheers
Christian

Hi Christian, thanks. As you know the feature is new and is still under development. I was thinking to this issue you're reporting, and the problem of missing changelogs while a user miss a version. I belive I'll solve the issue just creating a single, incremental changelog for a given RC. The other solutions would be more complicated to implement. I'm building under the hood more complex pipelines to automate all the build and publishing process, but for now it should makes the job.

Thanks for your feedback.
