SID and STAR

I have just about given up. I have the plug-in installed and it works correctly. All of the NAV data is in the correct folder, however I still do not get a choice for SIDS and STARS in the flight plan. I have look for sid and star as well as manual sid and star both checked. What am I doing wrong?

R U sure the airport U R at has SID\STAR info into its NAV data? For example, if airport is KJFK, check if ../Resources/plugins/124thATC64/navdata/CIFP/KJFK.dat contains lines like these:
