File flight plan window doesn’t appear.

Post by colonel25 »

I have a problem with the flight plan window not appearing. I’ve created a flight plan in Little Navmap, imported into Xplane 11.52- Cirrus SF 50 G1000 FMC and I check that 124th plug-in is running but no window appears. I’ve re-read the manual and checked the radio frequencies are present in the data.apt file for the airport (EGHI) but still nothing. I also have a problem when ATC hands me over to Approach, I get the text onscreen saying contact approach but although I select approach nothing happens. I’ve tried selecting Tower or Central and still nothing happens.

Although I’m referring to EGHI as an example, getting the flight plan window to show is a problem which doesn’t seem to be related solely to that airport.

I downloaded the latest version yesterday but still have the same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The post may refer to crash issues, but the steps and hints stated there are still relevant to any other problem: http://forum.124thatc.matacchieri.eu/vi ... hp?f=6&t=4

Take very, VERY special note of the item referring to posting the bug report or Log.txt.

This post does NOT refer to a crash issue. It appears to be a function issue. Although debug is set no log file is produced as far as I can see, but thanks for your helpful input

No (posting of X-Plane's) Log.txt, no support. Period.

Thanks again for your helpful response 3 weeks after my last post. Whilst I understand there are rules about support, your replies serve no purpose other than to persuade me to remove the plug-in and find something else to use. Shame as the basic idea is better than the inbuilt ATC in Xplane but with such a high handed response to user issues, it won’t get my vote.

Also, it isn’t made clear that it’s the Xplane log.txt you need attached, it implies there’s a specific log for this plug-in !!
