Manual Select SID/STARs NOT Working

I have an issue with the manual select SID/STARs option, namely the box doesn't appear neither before Clearence nor in approach. I would know how to solve. Thanks.

please check if C:\X-Plane 11\Resources\plugins\124thATC64\navdata contains navdata.
