Before request support or post a crash report, you want to:

• read carefully the FAQs

• search other threads for any solution

If not solved:

• be sure the debug mode is enabled in the plugin options

• reproduce the plugin crash

• post a new thread, attaching the bug report or at least the sim Log.txt.

Posts without the necessary information will be deleted. Unfortunately I do not have any chance to help nobody without the mentioned data.
